Code p1405 code, engine no fire, have fuel

replaced chewed thru #2 injector wires, two vacuum lines from a sensor and large air tabk in left fender area were chewed thru-they go to the air intake, reconnected those. Have fuel smell, doesnt want to ignite at all.

Truk is unknown, has 143kms on it. Pit a starter on it (had none), started and ran for like half a second, then died almost instantly. No run since
