PCV Valve

Sorry for posting this, but on all the other threads, I wasn't able to find enough information to help with this issue.

I have a 97 F250HD 5.8l 351w. I am attempting to replace the PCV valve without removing the upper intake manifold, and was wondering if there is an easy way to do it. It feels as is the PCV valve has some kind of grommet preventing it from coming up off the valve, as it touches the bottom of the manifold.

Any suggestions would be awesome. And if it needs the intake to be removed, so be it.

Thanks!

Hard to get at on the 5.8

Shouldn't need to remove the upper intake, it's just in a tight place.

You're welcome! Glad I could help. I would return the favor but I'm on my phone right now. I'll rep you back when I get onto my computer.
