Kingpin replacement questions
Gotta replace the kingpins on my F350 2wd. I have read the factory service manual and a few online tutorials and Im positive I can do it myself. My one question tho is, How do I know what size reamer I need to ream the bushings? Does anybody know. Does anybody know where i can look to find out?
Thanks in advance.

Take your spindles to a shop and have 'em do the job.
It's worth the money IMO, especially if ya get the metal bushings fitted. My local machine shop did it for $80 and they are snug like a bug.
A good time to do bearings and races too.

I would much rather do it myself. Lost my job a few weeks ago and any money saved is a blessing.
Nonetheless, If I have a shop do it, I only have to take them the spindle correct? They dont need the whole I-beam.
Thanks

Take the shop the spindles and the king pins too that way they can be sure of the proper fit. Leave the axles at home.

Correct. Bring 'em the spindles and a kingpin kit.
