blend door issues

blend door issues
Hey guys. I was curious if anyone has ever changed this out before. I have an 05 with the electronic climate control. I used to have the blend door clunk every time I started the truck. Then one day I quit hearing it. My guess is that it's broke and half actuated or something. The truck has cold A/C it just isn't forcing much air. The recirc is working. It switches from fresh to recirc. It's just not pushing enough air. Has anyone had this issue?
