Planning EGR delete

My 05 has 145,000km on it and I want to do some upgrades and maintenance to it. In August we close the shop at work for a week so I am planning on shutting the truck down and taking advantage of a empty shop to work in. Right now my delta is about 11 degrees while tunes and a little less not tuned. So my plan so far is to start out with a coolant flush with restore and restore+ so I can install ELC coolant. Then I want to tear the truck down and do a EGR delete, install a new oil cooler, and do all the necessary HPO's upgrades. So I want to start gathering parts over the next couple months. I was wondering where the best place to get these parts is and if anybody has anything else I should add to my list. Thanks

I am 99 percent sure the 05s have the STC fitting. That should be replaced while you are in there. Search around here for more info.

Tousley ford is a good place to get parts.

I went with the Bullet Proof Diesel upgraded EGR cooler on my '06:
NT-EGRC-1 Square, Lifetime warranty $350
90100033. EGR cooler gasket set complete (has intake gaskets) $134.95
They give you 30 days to get your core back to them, they provide pre-printed labels.
Core charge. $50
Shipping wasn't free $25.11
So, BPD total was $510.06 after core credit.

Got the Oil Cooler Kit from Tousley's. Came in a genuine Ford parts box with instructions from MAXXFORCE Adavanced Diesel Power. Comes with seal kit.
3C3Z-6A642-CA $241.47
Free shipping.

I got 2 Fumoto valves for the block drains from quickoildrainvalve.com . Did a bunch of flushing before disassembly. To be honest, the starter came off pretty easy and the factory plugs weren't a big deal. There's a Senior Master Tech video where he pulls the passenger side plug without removing the starter (didn't see that till later). Could have skipped these, but they're in there now. I might be happy about them next cooling system service I guess.
F108N valve with nipple (2 each) $53.90
Group buy discount (DSC-7). -$8.08
Shipping $6.00
Total. $51.82

And from my local Dealership:
4C3Z-9B246-F. STC fitting kit (upgraded 1 piece w/seals) list $67.08 BIL* $50.31
6E7Z-9A332-A. Stand pipes (seals pre-installed 2each) list$145.66 BIL. $95.00
-W302908. Dummy plugs (2 each). list$47.16. BIL. $35.38
Total. $196.05. (* BIL is brother in law price)

Also, add chemicals, fluids and misc. (new tools, Beer )

Got the intake off yesterday. I'm about 7.5 hours into it, so it's not gonna be a quick job for me. Found a couple of cracks/holes in my plastic CAC tube, I'll need a new one. And, I didn't look closely at the way the cooling fan shroud connects to the intake. I pulled the bolts, but there are metal sleeves in there also, gave it a yank and broke my shroud. Haven't even looked into fixing that yet.

Hope the figures are a little help.

I would go with these^^^^^ parts from clay too

There is an Identicle kit out there for EGR Deleate thats 109.00$$ I dont like it as well but would probably be OK the Jpipe is 2 peice IIRC

Also the Sinister EGR Deleate is well known Brand everyone has had Great success with it so again Clay Riff Raff might be the ticket. The Part I like about the Sinister vs Other was the J-Pipe is the Sinister is all 1 peice the other one is similair but I dont think its one peice

But Clay has a great deal going on the Oil Coolerthats best deal going couple bucks more than Tousley But not enough to worrey about and it would be 1 stop shopping with Clay

If your talking about the deflector at the top of the radiator (says PowerStroke Diesel), then this is the part number:

3C3Z-19E672-CA $37 retail

If your talking about the top half of the actual radiator shroud (the radiator fan wiring attaches to it), different part number...and I haven't found that one yet.

I'm gonna need the whole back half. The part that bolts to the intake manifold. Goes all they way around behind the fan blades.
Thanks for checking. I'm going to call a couple local salvage yards tomorrow and see if they have one. I don't have high hopes though.

If you happen to figure out what the part number is...would you post it here? Good luck with your search.
