Need help identifying wire.

I need help figuring out what this is. It came off of near my ignition coil on a 96 f250 460 motor with California sefi and maf.

See if it plugs into a white/lightblue striped wire near the coil. If it does, it's a radio noise interference capacitor.

Thanks that explains a bit why my radio was being weird . It was disconnected
