You cap is even better than most because of the little bump right behind the cap , because of your cap you are only punching one hole

That's one of the reasons I bought the extended height version.
Not only that, but it gives me an extra 4" so I can actually crawl
around in there without having to be bent over.

Even then, my height is only 7 1/2 feet, so that's still a bit short of the
10 - 12 feet height of trailers.

Now that we're shopping for a new TT we're looking at options to see
which makes / models will have a more aerodynamic nose.

While I'd like something with a front window, I also want something that
is not going to act like an air brake.

They make adaptors to go from a 5th wheel trailer to a gooseneck ball in the pickup.
