A little off topic maybe
My cuz has a 02 F350 4x4 V10 automatic regular cab. He is having some problems with it lately. It all started with the gauges going crazy every now and then, they would jump around or not work. now it keeps dying like you shut the key off then it wont start until you turn the key off and wait about 20 seconds then it fires right up??? No CEL but it does come on when the key is turned on. also there is no power to the OBD II port. wont even power up the scanner. all fuses are good. changed the fuel filter and fuel pressure looks good???
I know its not a diesel but I was hoping maybe someone on here has an idea

Not my strong point at all. But it may have a gem module being an 02. Thy can get water in them if the windshield leaks and cause the gauges to go screwy. Horn honk. Lights flash and such. I think its on the driver side somewhere but not sure. Defiantly throw a post in the v10 section too. Or even the SD diesel area. More heads trying to solve it the better sometimes.
