I took these about 5:30 this morning. The power was out as well, from 4 until about 8. They said a tree fell and took down the lines.

I kinda figured it was probably snowing someplace... We've been having some cool temps and rain around here lately...

I think I would prefer snow about now. It was near 90ºF today, and we're headed for high 90s on Sunday--we normally don't see those temps until mid-July or later.

Ah man, you haven't lived until you've gone bobsledding down a narrow ice-covered road at 50+ mph with 10+ foot high snow banks on either side in a 1970's Dodge Charger...
Yup... I might have done that once... or twice...

90 degrees here in Charlotte today and forecast to be hotter tomorrow. Man, it ain't even June yet and I'm dreading the heat and humidity this summer. I tolerate the colder weather better these days than the heat. Ready for a cooler clime.

I was baling hay yesterday. 90 plus degree days planned for the next 3 days. No chance of snow here!

Yeah, I hear the devil rented out his place in Texas and moved to Hell where it was cooler.
