So are you getting a tune to correct the MAF transfer function?

I plan on getting a tune at some point , I re installed the maf sensor into the new CAI and everything appears to be performing well.

If the intake tube geometry is altered (in any way) from the stock intake tube, then there is a possibility of lean (or rich conditions).

The only way to insure you are safe is to measure the AFR and, if needed, install a custom tune.

So after having a 6.0 diesel and reading all the problems with after market filter and cold air intakes, and the chance you run on eating up turbos. And the very little improvement you might get. I would not put anything but a stock filter on. But that's just me.

Glad that is you - I also made the jump from a 6 leaker and never had intake issues - had more other issues than I have room to list here. I have never owned a Stock vehicle for very long and my EB was no different.

I hear the turbo's a lot more than stock, my mpg hasn't changed in the only tank of gas that I have used - wife had our second son last week so I haven't been running the roads much.
