I'm not familiar with the narrow molding, but I did want to say what a great looking truck you have. My wider trim has acorn nuts holding the ends and the middle anchors were an odd mix of fasteners. Look for nuts on the ends of each piece of trim and it should slide off if it is similar to the wider style.
there will be a combonation of 11/32 nuts and plastic snaps if you want to save your self a lot of greif use wd-40 1st for a few days for the nut/studs lot easier when they dont break off
You can also go to harbor freight and get a trim removal set for about 7 bucks- get the ones made of nylon. Once you've removed the nuts (usually at the ends), the rest just snap off the plastic clips in the "dent". The nylon tools slip right behind easily and won't scratch anything. Be gentle, the trim is pricey to replace.
If it's like the larger trim, you will have a nut at each end of the bed trim. The front one is really fun to get to. The rear one can be accessed easier by removing the tail light, if I recall.
Be really careful with that trim and the clips. NOBODY reproduces the narrow trim and it's really hard to find it in decent shape.

I second that. I worked for about 30 minutes on the front ones, thinking what kind of idiot would design such limited access, until I realized there is an access hole in the front under the hood, behind the grill shell...you just need a long extension on your ratchet. The second side came out faster....but still a pita
Nobody reproduces the trim? Then exactly what the heck is that in the LMC, Blue Oval Truck Parts and Dennis Carpenter catalogs? It's expensive, sure. But it's certainly not hard to find.
As for the clips -- I'm watching this thread for the pics you're going to post of the removal process 'cause I need to do the same thing.
(See what I did there - volunteering you like that?)
