Yip, also in the tech folder:

Unhook/pull the light blue/red trace wire out of the plug that's behind the passenger side kick panel.

Will b doin that this weekend an hope I fixes my fog lights.
If it does. Then goin to put my 55w 8000k HID in them. Same as what's in my headlights.
Did you buy the 8000K already? If not buy 4300K or 5000K max. 8000k may looks good but will not provide better lights at night (something do do with human eyes can see best at 4300K...)

Yea. Fog light are on now. They r on with low an high beam.

I already had the 55w 8000k HID kit. Got it because it's the same as my headlights. Had to adjust my head lights down because I was blindin everyone with my low beams.

To all who helped me with this. I would give y'all reps. But I don't know how to. If someone will inform me on how to do it. I will give reps.

When you say the light comes on you talking the one that is in the headlight switch?
Under the truck on the driver side at the frame head going through the wheel well you
should be able to find the foglight feed wires. Check and make sure that they are connected.
If you can't find it I can post a photo later on where you should be looking for the plug.

Blade,

Yes, on the switch itself. Thank you for looking into this for me, but I got it figured out. I was getting voltage at the pigtails, it didnt make sense the lights would not come on. Well I traced the wiring from the foglight relay and just outside the power distribution box I found the main power wire kinked and it had corrosion around it. I unkinked the wire and the wire itself was open, but was touching when kinked. Thats how I was seeing voltage, but once a load was put on it the amperage pushed the wire from contacting enough not to light up. I Enviro spliced it back together and everything works like a champ. I appreciate the effort.
