94 F350, do I have overloads or is this stock?

Yes that is an overload spring, and yes that very well could have come stock

thats stock, it does however look like you lost the clamps that hold the spring clamps together, that bottom spring is starting to fan out

You better take care of those springs ASAP, you need new clamps, as the above said ^

I'll get on that big time. Also, if I take out that overload leaf do I no longer have 1 ton suspension? Not sure if all 1 tons come with that leaf setup

The overload leaf was an option in any truck(f150,250,350)
