Agree sounds like a HPO issue

What do you get for a FPW when Trying to start Im assuming 0 since ICP is still under 500psi

Mike this tool you talk about is to Recover the HPO Check Ball From those early HPOP???

I believe he's referring to the tool that threads into the high pressure oil rail in place of the ICP sensor for air-testing the high pressure oil system. One way to condemn the high pressure oil pump for sure, is when air-testing the system, you hear/feel air exiting the oil filter housing.

I havent wrote the size that air fitting but you can get that deal from a Home Depot or the Like to air test at ICP Hole

I am getting 3,976 on a reading for FPW. Does this sound right? Also I thought I had mentioned this but my original post got lost due to loosing internet right when I was about done. I pulled the turbo to get to the ipr which i changed and i just set turbo back in cradle and connected sensor without putting marmon clamps back on to see if it would fire up. Didn't want to have to disassemble all that again if I didn't have to. And I have the intake still off of turbo and the hot cac tube off also. Would this stop it from starting? It is not throwing any codes.

Blades do those FPW readings sound right? Is there anything else you suggest I do before I go the HPOP route? I have got the egr delete and new oil cooler to go in? I am still looking for a decent price on the fittings to air test HPO through ICP.

Here is the FPW values

Just make shure the numbers are taken exactly like this
Truck in PARK OR NEUTRAL all times during test
ECT at 190* or close to And EOT at 185* or higher
-------------------------------------------------------------------
KOEO=Key On Engine Off =record value
Low Idel (truck idel on its own)=record value
High Idel (2500RPM)=record value
And the last set of numbers are sensor operating range. If it falls out of this range I beleive a DTC/CEL will be set.
Values below are given in this order^^^Left to right

FUELPW 0 990 680 0 - 50000 (μ seconds) Fuel Pulse Width

So the Operating range is from 0-50000

so your 3796 FPW is in operating range

Thanks Blades I will have to get FPW reading when I get here back up and running. Those were my FPW reading while cranking. I am gonna pull the valve covers and do an air test as soon as I get a chance. That might be up to two weeks though. That should give me time to find that fitting.

Update she is up and running

I am 99.9% sure it was the hpop. I did so much while i was in there I guess it could have been something else but I don't think so.

I pulled all the injectors and rerung them. Updated stand pipes and dummy plugs. Installed new hpop and ipr. New oil cooler, new intake gaskets, egr delete, pulled the flapper from intake, all new filters and switched over to T6 oil. She took about 5 25-30 second cranks to fire up, she kind of had me nervous. Gotta put some miles on her now and see how all the numbers look.
