a/c does not work at idle

A/C Blowing Hott
I have a 2006 ford f350 with the 6.0. I just had the fan clutch replaced and the ac charged 6 days ago. When I push on the shader valve it has a lot of pressure. The compressor is clicking on and off every 10 seconds or so... I've tried setting the ac to different settings parked an driving.
