Quick dana 44 question.

I have an 82 F150 with the TTB dana 44, my trucks registration recently expired, and since I am going to be home for at least 6 more months, I wanna do the SAS finally before I put it back on the road.

Found a solid 44 front from a 78, my 82's TTB has a limited slip with 3.5 gears, if the solid isnt a 3.5 ratio, can I swap the LS gear set from my TTB into the solid 44?

but the 78 axle will not fit without modifications.

The spring mounts are the same. The only thing is he will need the radius arm mounts and make a track bar mount for the frame. I have a 78 axle in my 95 and kept the 95's upper coil buckets.

My truck has the coil buckets for the dual shock setup, I may change them out, I definitely want to pick up the proper radius arm mounts as well.

You can also use ur TTB radius arm mounts. Just use the radius arm bushings for the TTB
