1975 Ford F250 Highboy
My grandpa just recently gave me the keys to his old 1975 F250 Highboy and said "If you can get it cranking, you can have it." And I got it cranked and running after it sat in the yard for 4+ years. Now I have a few questions about this truck if anyone is willing to help. I am going to replace all the wiring, clean the fuel line, and clean out the tanks. Other than that is there anything else that people might think needs to be done with it?

Welcome to the forum !!!!
They pretty much have you on the right track, 4 plus years I would do a quick inspection on everything and change all the fluids. These are really easy trucks to work on. Feel free to ask any questions, we have a lot of friendly and knowledgeable people on here.
Good luck and post pics of your progress, we like pictures.

After you change all the main fluids and start driving it, watch for new leaks out of old dried up seals. Front/rear main, trans, brake cylinders.....front axle seal. Let it warm up and get some elasticity back into the valve's so it does not start smoking.
Might not hurt to change the valve cover gaskets, and the trans fluid/filter and pan gasket. Drop and drain and clean out all the gas tank/air blow out the lines with paint thinner to break up any varnished fuel.
Fuel filters and add a few inline to catch any stuff that loosens up later on and it does not go to the carb. Do not over torque the pan bolts, great place to get a leak.....
Why replace all the wiring, mice ate it? Watch out for wires to ground out and burn up something under the dash.
