As an IT Ph.D., F250 owner and Forscan user, I think it should be fairly easy to get help on this. If you have a laptop to connect to your truck that also is connected to internet, you should be able to get an IT-savvy person to log in to the laptop remotely and perform the Forscan changes. I do similar things for customers daily, and it is a pretty simple procedure. Word of caution... be sure to get someone that is familiar with Forscan AND someone you can trust. The IT person can goof up your truck easily...
