I searched and haven't had all my questions answered really. I have a 94 with MAF already on the 5.0, but I found a good deal on a rebuild able 5.8 that's SD. Aside from the rebuild, can I stay MAF with the 5.8 using my MAF from the 5.0? And should I get a computer from a MAF 5.8?

5.0 MAF computer will run a stock 5.8 no problem.
You need a complete 5.8 EFI motor(oilpan to throttlebody) because very few components transfer from the 5.0, you will also need a 28oz flexplate or flywheel for whatever trans you have.. the 5.0 version is 50oz and cannot be used, and the exhaust Y pipe will have to be widened approx 1". Do not use any wiring that comes with the donor motor but do use the 5.0 engine mounts and the 5.8 will bolt in perfectly.
