scangauge II not working properly?

scangauge II not working properly?
The baro reads 29.5 on my SG2. On my tuner it reads correctly, around 14.5-6, just like the map. Is there any explanation for this other then I may have input the information wrong.
I can also get codes on the tuner that don't come up on the SG2, my truck hadn't been started in a week so I got a couple of injector codes upon starting. Only on the tuner though, not on the SG2.
Thanks to the help of this forum I figured out I had a bad egr cooler and oil cooler last week. Replaced them both in about 8 hours total. Only $430 total if you shop around. Up next ball joints,
