I want to spend 2 new o2 sensors on my 2000 Ex V10, because it seems that they were the 1st. ones.
Wich numbers have the original ones?
Wich are the best or longest lastings?
I prefer Bosch or NGK, ' cause I live in Germany and I could get these Brands easily, but they didnt find the Ex in their comparitive lists.
So it would be great if somebody would have the OEM Numbers or even the
numbers of the Bosch or NGKs.
When I put the Hedman headers in my '01 F250, I happened to be at NAPA when I figured I'd ask what they have. Anything but Bosch is what I was going for. (see note below)
They had NTK. I picked them up with the assurance that I could return them if I didn't use them.
Turns out, that's exactly what was in there. Same exact thing.
*NOTE: Bosch has been known to be "lazy" and I've heard many people having issues with them, compared to the stock/OEM sensors.
I datalogged before-and-after fuel trims, and didn't notice any real difference. I probably could have left the old ones in there, they seemed to be doing the job.
