Where is the steering wheel adjustment sleeve? I remember a 2003 dodge ram with sfa had steering adj sleeve to center steering wheel without attacting any alignment settings. I thought the super duty had this as well.
A good question but any alignment tech worth his/her weight would ensure that your steering wheel is straight before they make adjustments. I would take it back and have them do the job correctly.

The reason for the adjuster is to fine tune the steering wheel without having to put back on rack to adjust.
The steering wheel is adjusted with the upper adjusting sleeve, the one that comes off the steering box. You set the total toe with the lower adjuster and straighten the wheel with the upper.
you can adjust the turn buckle I believe its on the right side of the truck. its the linkage that comes off the steering box, this either pulls in or pushes out depending on which way you turn it. it has no effect on alignment settings. however when I turned mine to adjust my steering wheel center the bolts that hold the thing tight where facing down, I worried about this interferring with suspension travel, so I angled mine forward or backward can't remember. this still left my wheel centered, so only caution would be to make sure those bolts don't interfere with suspension travel.
It's the drag link adjust that is missing on newer superduty. The older through 2010 had an adjustment sleeve to fine tune steering without affecting any alignment settings.

Kind of cool to know this. My alignment is good but the steering wheel has always been a tad off from day one. A not aligned steering wheel has always been my biggest pet peeve.
