Hey guys, I figured out the problem. There is a small hose above the main DEF filler hose. I rubbed all of the dirt off of it with my fingers and that was it. She poured in no problem.
Obviously the hose above is for air. It was really dirty. I keep my truck fairly clean but have never cleaned under there before. Hopefully the dirt can't make its way into urea reservoir too easily.
Sorry it took me a week to post answer
Hi, thanks for the welcome. I was a supporter on here as Frisco the Dog in the past. I used to frequent the 6.0 forums.
It was yesterday afternoon and their deisel guys couldn't squeeze me in. From what I can see the hose looks fine underneath. If I kinda pump squeeze it the stuff does go in, barely. It would likely take about 2 hours to fill that way. I kinda gave up after spilling enough of the overflow
The way most of them work with hose is you push down on hose at end that goes into tank. When it stops flowing, tank is full.
actually i think i would rather buy everyone a borescope so tux can save for a titan tank. Ah screw it ill buy him a tank too since he has posted so much useful info lately.
Wow mike thats very generous of you!!!! I will PM you my address
To get back to the situation tho, I hope this is not a problem for all of us. As the DEF fluid goes down the DEF tank will be sucking in air through that small hose. If there is dirt on the end it will be sucking dirt into the DEF tank! We may need to put a little cap on there, right?

What small hose. Nothing is exposed. The black straw hose goes into filler tube then main hose is screwed to filler neck.
