What's up with this?
At 2700 rp m's it starts blowing smoke out the tailpipe like crazy and it's raw fuel

You Have a BAD Injector
Sounds like its stuck on
scan for code see if that will give a balance code for certain cylinder
Might even need to try Ballon test if no Codes
be Very Careful here as an injector dumping fuel into cylinder can cause Catastropic failure Fast

only does this when free reving the motor in park doesnt smoke while driving.

i did the crank with fuel bowl open and no bubbles have a gauge on it and it is 60 psi fuel pressure

Can you scan the exhaust manifolds w/ an IR temperature gun to see if any cylinder looks way different than the rest?

when u "free rev" in park, and go to a high-enough rpm, u will be lifting the heads slightly. our 6.0 has so much torque and HP behind the wheel. i'm not surprised if tat happens for u. i might consider new headgaskets and ARP studs. tat might help to eliminate any possibility of fuel or anything else seeping back and forth, if u catch my drift. lol.
if i'm wrong about this assumption, please dont shoot down the snuggyworm. after all, i'm cuddly and cute. lmao!

ficm is 48-48.5volts no codes on the SG2
Ill try the temp gun tomorrow i dont think it would be headgaskets never had an over heating issue.
