Just installed new turbo and now this dang truck is running like a dodge... I have 4 different codes showing also, p0475, p1316, p0340, and p1210. What the heck is wrong???? it sounds and runs like some of the injectors are not workin...
My guess is you may have already had the P0475 and P0340 codes before starting. My other guess is you knocked one of the connectors loose at the top of the valve cover. Look to make sure they are seated properly.

Did you pull the valve covers in the process???
Sounds like a UVCH issue to me... the ones not working on the same side?
Under Valve Cover Harness- there is a connector there that could come loose. If so, the 50 cent mod might be in order. Do a search of 50 cent mod w pics.
I'd forget the codes for now. What kind of turbo did you install? Do you have a boost gauge or way to monitor boost?
I'd double check for an exhaust leak either at the up pipes, or where the collector bolts on to the back of the turbo. If you don't line that collector up on the back of the turbo just right with the alignment dowel, you end up with a big leak that won't allow you to build boost.
thanks for the pointers, all is running fair now. the turbo still sounds like metal on metal though... puzzled.... i had a small leak on that back side and the biggest part of the codes was a bad alternator..
