2005 6.0 2wd to 4wd conversion

To the OP don't forget to check other powerstroke forums (powerstroke.org, powerstrokenation) for part outs. I sold the whole suspension out of a 07 F350 6.0L 4x4 with 101K miles for $600 when I couldn't find a buyer at 1K and that included both axles, springs, steering gear and all brackets.
Yeah, I dont doubt the quality of the parts I am using. 67K mile truck. As for being true and straight, that is yet to be determined. The truck was dismantled due to fire and considered an insurance total loss. The owner bought the truck back because he wanted to motor out of it (bulletproof). I cant really see the Front Axle being out of true for this. But I will take it into consideration. And the other parts I plan on purchasing from car-part.com seller that offers a 6 month warranty on the T case and shafts. I honestly think I will be able to do this for less than the 4 grand total budget allocation. Honestly, the front axle and all suspension is 1400, the T Case is 400 and the shaft is 170. misc odds and ends (brake rotors, pads, interior selector switch and ESOF rebuild equipment) I cant really see spending more than 4 large. Am I missing something here?
