To the OP don't forget to check other powerstroke forums (powerstroke.org, powerstrokenation) for part outs. I sold the whole suspension out of a 07 F350 6.0L 4x4 with 101K miles for $600 when I couldn't find a buyer at 1K and that included both axles, springs, steering gear and all brackets.

I cant really see the Front Axle being out of true for this. But I will take it into consideration. And the other parts I plan on purchasing from car-part.com seller that offers a 6 month warranty on the T case and shafts. I honestly think I will be able to do this for less than the 4 grand total budget allocation. Honestly, the front axle and all suspension is 1400, the T Case is 400 and the shaft is 170. misc odds and ends (brake rotors, pads, interior selector switch and ESOF rebuild equipment) I cant really see spending more than 4 large. Am I missing something here?
