Man that's tough. My heartfelt condolences go out to you and to your family. It is never easy when something like this happens. My prayers are going out tonight for comfort and an easy burden as your family gathers for remembering your mother. As a Christian I have attended numerous funerals for members of our church and found that it is much better to celebrate a persons life than to mourn their passing.
Regards
Kevin
I know where you are at right now. My mother died at home from cancer. We had to endure two and a half years of her wasting away. You wish for all the time you can with your loved ones, but there comes a time for letting go. Time can be hard thing to deal with. You have my condolenses.
To both Pashtrd and Bobby: Terribly sorry, I'd like to extend the offer to be an open ear as well.
To Bobby:
You got in an accident and your fiance died? That's gotta be tough, I'm terribly sorry. I know it's impossible, but I hope you don't feel any guilt, unfortunately terrible things can come from accidents.
I am sorry for your loss. a wise man said that:
"Your death is the final act of your living"
It is something at one time we must all do.
we greive for those we have lost, and in turn those who love us
will greive when we pass in turn. and so goes the cycle
of life. you are in my prayers...dave
I'm sorry for your loss. I've lost both Grandmothers, and one Grandfather in the last couple years. I also watched as a girlfriend's Mother was slowly taken away by cancer. Very difficult to watch a once strong woman end up needing help feeding herself.
This is a reminder, don't wait until it's too late to tell your loved ones how you feel about them. You never know what can happen at any moment. Tell them you love them.
