Head Rest

Gotta 04 Lariet supercrew F150, leather buckets. How do I get head rests out of seat? I raise em up, squeeze button. Won't come out. Thanks for any help.

I think you have to put a small object, like a nail or screw, into a small hole on the back side of that button. I could be wrong, I will check my truck shortly and report my findings

Headrests

There's a small v shaped cut in the inside edge of each of the rods on the headrest on my 07. Found that out when I was putting seatcovers in mine.
Just took a heck of a jerk upwards after everything was set for them to come out. I did pull one of the plastic sleeves out too on one side but it pushed back in.

It's deceptive, should just come out but they didn't without persuasion.
