Power Guess?
Just curious if anyone has an idea of what kinda power my engine is making now.
400 punched .060 over
fresh remanufactured heads.
new cam with 0.509 lift and 218/228 duration at 0.50
Holley 750 cfm 4 bbl carb
Flowtech headers
Weiand Action Plus aluminum intake.
We are guessing around 400 - 450 hp. and probably 450 - 500 lbs-ft

The best 400(408 0.030 over) dyno is 396hp with 466tq. pantera cam with scorpion rocker.http://sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-..._7850357_n.jpg
i would guess arround 350-375hp with 425-450tq just my 02.

What heads ? What cc ? What all has been done to them ? Valve train ? Whats the deck height on the pistons ? Flat top pistons ? Cam degreed in ? Balanced ? It's not a very big cam, probably hydro ? There are a lot of unswered questions. With the imfo given and assumptions, maybe around 275 that would be my guess but it's more about the torque with 400's.

guessing around?
thinking around 350 hrspwr. what is your elevation? what size headers? hyd cam or roller? what type of valves oem or aftermarket. carb what type vacume secondary or double pumper? low end carb or high end carb? need some spec's. any port work to heads?
