New guy here ive got a 95 crewcab long bed dually ps. My passenger side rear leaf seems to chatter and seem to wanna hop when i turn left but it only does it on curves to left taken at 30mph or more would leaf spring clamps be the cause of this? There is no clamps on the leaf on that side so im hoping thats the fix

I'd check the rear diff. Pull the cover and if there is no visual damage, put the cover back on, put a bottle of limited slip additive in and fill it the rest of the way with new gear oil.

So somethin in there can make it do this only when turning towards one direction?

 

Yeah, your differential can. Also like Rock said, check your hub bearings too.
