The original alternator would have been either an Auto-Lite (Ford brand) or a Leece Neville. Delco alternators were used on GM vehicles, so it's not original to your truck.
The original points type regulator was an Auto-Lite, came with a black cover w/a white Auto-Lite decal. In 1973, Motorcraft replaced Auto-Lite, the cover was changed to blue (w/a yellow Motorcraft decal), was used thru 1981.
In 1982, Ford replaced the original points type regulator with an electronic type. Has a flat aluminum cover with MOTORCRAFT embossed diagonally. The original wiring harness is used with this regulator.
