08+ steering wheel
is it possible to change the steering wheel from a 2004 f350 to a 08+ style. most people just dont care but i just hate the stock one now. i have the tilting wheel with cruise on the wheel, want to change to a 08+ wheel with tilt and cruise.
found a couple ebay 08+ steering colums with everything, key, tilt, wheel and trim so could i just do a colum change? or will the wheel just bolt to my current colum? yes i do relize i might have to buy a 08+ airbag unit but thats might be worth it to get ride of this wheel i just hate

Since neither the cab nor the frame has changed since '99, I would suspect that at least the linkage would line up.
I believe they went to the PATS anti-theft system in 2008, so I doubt the ignition switches would swap.
Remember that any problem is solvable with the application of sufficient funding.

this is very true but i also forgot my op put in a viper so my doors open by a switch so tecnical it wouldnt matter. btw i ******* hate that alarm super annoying wish i had a stock dooropener rather then that dang viper one
