The 4th row is also a nice option and the truck looks pretty clean and dry underneath. Kbb says 10,500 but that's not really relevant to the location. Take it for a test drive, check out all the fluids and go from there. My 2000 ex has 272,000 on it and evetuthing is original and works like new! As long as everything was properly maintained go for it! But be prepared for possible superduty wear items, ball joints etc..
oh man...before clicking the links i was going to say run away!
but after clicking...wow!
i know excursion prices are all over the place, and my personal opinion is go for the lowest mileage you can find. but if you can pick that truck up for 5,000-6,000 go for it! even if you have to put a motor AND tranny in it you got a great deal. alot of Ex's with alot less miles are beat to crap and look 100x worse.
My neighbor has this exact truck and has over 350K. She won't sell it..loves it to death...still running strong and has never....never been in the shop for major repair....some people have the mojo.
Last time gas went over $4/gal ('08) I saw low mileage V10 X's as low as $5k on dealer lots. After a few months on the lot, they would give them away since 3 Civics fit in the same spot and sold like hotcakes. I wanted to start buying them up and doing PSD or Cummins swaps.
You need to do your homework before the sale not after, good deals usually don't last long.
Exactly, there are several high-mileage Ex Limited V10 4x4s available on cars.com and autotrader right now in this price range. Im not saying this is NOT a good deal, but its not the ONLY good deal out there, thats for sure.
Wonder what the OP did? He hasnt posted since the first one.
