Are you getting a Wait to Start light? Sure you cleaned the contacts on the PCM well, and not too much? Are you getting the little dot in the lower left?

It's not showing the 0 setting is it? That is the no start setting. Also, make sure your wires are plugged in correctly. I installed the one to my gauge up side down and it wouldn't start.

If you aren't getting a wait to start I would venture that the J3 connector is either not cleaned enough or has had too much material removed.
