Steering.
Okay, heres my problem on the way home from school it felt like I lost my power steering so the first thing I toped off the fluids and restarted it tried to turn it and nothing. It is a 7.3psd 94 f250, and I was wondering what would be the best way to test and make sure it's the power steering. Or if some how it could be the gear box.

Pretty rare to have a box go bad, whats the color of the fluid in the reservoir look like? I'd suck it all out, refill, run it for a minute or 2 turning from lock to lock and suck it out again 2 or 3 more times.... rinse and repeat... 
Worked wonders for mine.. Also discovered my belt tensioner was shot allowing the belt to slip like crazy when turning....

Alright I will try that. But the reason I was wondering about the box is because it used to turn hard to the left before I lost the ability to turn right. Also if i hit a big enough pothole it will start shaking the whole truck until you stop the truck to a complete stop, then I can start going again. So if you know anything about that it would help out a lot.
