The person you are asking hasn't been on since 2019. The third hole from the right is the flasher switch, you will have to drill a hole to the left of it for the light. Do you have the flasher assembly?
thank you for your reply and for your valuable help. I do not have the flasher assembly. I was hoping to get guidance on what I need to purchase to restore this flasher option on my 1965 f100. Thank you again for all your time I appreciate everyone of you who help to get these trucks back to life.
You will have to find a good used one maybe e-bay or FB marketplace. Possibly since you are in Phoenix, Desert Valley auto parts might have one. Be sure it has the bezel for the switch since it threads on to secure the switch. It isn't reproduced I don't believe. Don't lock yourself into just asking for one for a 65 because those were dealer or owner add ons and can be found in 61-66 or later F100's up to and including large trucks.

Another good source for the parts you want is www.slicktruckparts.com Use the "Contact Us" feature on the site. They have many more parts than are shown in the photos so don't be discouraged by that.
Here's the 'typical' drawing from the MPC. 1965 and 1966 through to end of April upper left and right. May 1966 onward in the lower left. The bracket holds the switch and the flasher 13350.
