I just deleated my egr, truck ran great for 400 miles then fell on its face. Now I hit 28psi before I cross the street and loose all power. I cleaned turbo, intake, map, ebp sensor, and the vgt selonoid. Lost now any help welcomed.
2003 6.0 300k miles.
yea egr is still pluged in and map has some strange readings. boost goes to 22 psi then jumpes to -14 and lowers to -8 if you stay in throttle. soon after turbo hoses blow off

So your using a SGII ok
theres a newer Gauge to program so it dont go negative fix that later
BOOST is just a MAP reading Minus Ambeint Pressure
1 more time Post MAP and BARO readings at KOEO and Low Idel and High Idel(2500rpm) MAP will or should be the only one that will change at diff rpm
MAP & BARO need be within 0.5psi at KOEO the PCM uses these to figure Turbo Vein position/Boost output
