P1000 is from Batterys unhooked dont worrey about this one it will go away after a few drive cycles
So Far Everything Points to the MAF sensor check it good
So your NOT using a ScanGaugeII to scan it with OK I missed that
Might try to send Amdriven2liv a PM he is only one that I can think of using a Phone/Bluetooth Device
IDK anything about that scanner you have
and if its TUNED return to stock program and see if condition exists or goes back to Normal

Do you have the EGR Valve still plugged in??
It helps keep the PCM Happey even with a EGR Deleate Plus the FAN wont work right with the EGR Valve unplugged
A P0401 would be understandable with a EGR Deleate or this is the Most Common DTC that pops up with an EGR Deleate
P0401 is EGR Flow Insufficant
But is the EGR Valve still pluged in??????????????????????????????
STOP
Dont use Brake Cleaner on MAF
They do sell MAF Sensor Cleaner whats best to use
