Front Fender Filler Panel spacing?

hey guys hows it going...I am mounting the front fenders and the front filler panel for the fenders seems really low...see pics...anyone have a picture of how it should look? I may have to move it up...not too sure as I am using parts from about 5 different trucks!! thank you!!

The visible hole in the filler panel needs to match up with the hole on the front of the running board.
