Just curious if someone could confirm this for me, it's related to my engine build thread but I thought I'd make a new thread so that the info could be open to everyone.
Intake I have is for a 9.5 deck height block, the block it needs to go on is a 400, with a 10.29 deck height, spacer thickness required should be .750" correct? (I drew it out and this is what I came up with.
Did the angle of the head surface on the intake is the same as the 400?
What is the space between the heads?
It's could tricky but if i were you i would just put the intake in the middle of the 400 and mesure what you need on each side if the intake go right at the botom. if the intake have to be 1/2" higher(for example) to match the intake port the amount on each side gonna be more.
