Transmission Bolt Patterns
I am converting my 60 F-100 with a 292 from the 3 speed manual tranny that was attached to it to a late model Borg Warner T-5. Does anyone have the transmission bolt pattern dimensions or know where to find them. I have searched the Net in vain, and will probably just have to do some monkey motion on the mill to measure the patterns. If you know either please email me directly.

Are you using a Ford T5 or a GM T5? Reason I ask is that they have 2 different front bolt patterns.
Here's an old thread discussing this:

The Badgerland F100 club link off this web site used to have a very detailed GM T5 swap page. Email them for details.
I don't have the exact dimensions of the Ford T5 pattern because the pattern appears 'tilted' on the windsor bellhousing.
Also, there are two different Yblock bellhousings. Your 3speed bellhousing has the 'narrow' Borg warner bolt pattern and 4-11/16" index hole. The other bellhousing was used with the T98 granny 4 speeds and has the wider bolt pattern and a 5-1/8" index hole. This is the bellhousing people use with the GM T5.
Good Luck!
Brett
