Im screwed
Hi I want to know if anybody can tell me how to hot wire my 1979 f100 with a 302 some dummy tried to steal it and took the switch out broke it and gave up so now im stuck its my only running form of transportation and I live 25 miles from work I have to go in at 7 its now 3am my dog scared the almost thief but not before he destroyed the switch any good idea would help ps I live 6 miles from town so getting a new switch before work isn't possible

Yellow should be the hot wire
red/blue should be the wire that makes it crank
See if you have a red/green wire and tie it to the yellow and see if it will run.
You will have to tie the red/green to the yellow, and then touch the red/blue to the yellow to make it crank.

Thanks man your a life saver I hate to admit that im a mechanic but was staring at the harness like it was the wireing from a fighterjet im pleased to say the theif was my nabors turbled 15 year old son that is now mowing my yard all summer to pay the dammages
