Looks great Darin. New springs are on my list, but that stinking list seems to keep growing!

Thanks Todd. They have been on my list since I got this trailer. I've always had that bad feeling I was gonna break a spring, whether with this trailer or especially with the forklift and trailer. May have never happened, but was one of those feelings..

That damn list. 10k would cover mine, I think. Yikes! More than likely it all won't get done.

No problem Glenn. I'm sure you snooped at my progress here and there. I hear ya on that list. Now you just need to find me a turbo to keep those egt's down. I don't think a bigger injector is at all necessary (at least for me), if a guy could use all the power he has now it would be awesome.

Looks great Darin! Thanks for the update on the ride quality.

I'm with you guys with the lists. And I agree with you on being able to use the power you have. Before I was looking at upgrading to a bigger turbo and hybrids, but I'm realizing more and more that the truck makes plenty of power with the Stage I's, just needs a limited slip in the back, traction bars, HPOP, e-fuel, intercooler, and a small turbo upgrade like a D66 or something to get the most out of these injectors...

Looks great Darin! Looks like the rears are gonna help a lot towing. From 3" drop to 7/8" drop with that huge trailer is a big improvement! I like the overall stance of the truck now too! Looks good!

Thanks Bill and Evan! Those springs make the trailer a lot easier to unhook now. It's got a 2 speed hand crank on it. Before it had to be in low to get it off of the truck so long as it was raising the suspension back up, now the suspension doesn't move much so its MUCH easier. Low range is pretty easy to turn, but it took like 120 turns to get unhooked before. It must have only been like 30 or 40 this time.

Same as mine Darin, the white elephant I call it. Its got a hand crank, what a pain. My camper has a power jack, so much easier! You should call yours the blue goose!! LOL

I could do what I can with the torque wrench and then crank it a little more with a breaker bar and a cheater. We'll see in the am.

Ronnie I didn't want to cut the leaf, it wasn't that much I needed to trim and worked out good. Your's is a little different sounds like. My previous experience cutting leafs is it kinda sucks so I went this way.
i would think that my lift springs had more of an arch to it than your springs.

Most of you already know I'm happy with the springs but to put a final to this thread in case anybody is searching in the future, the springs work excellent. I made a 350 mile round trip over the weekend with the trailer loaded at 16k and the suspension was flawless. Zero regrets putting the big springs in. Bumps weren't spongy at all, just worked real well. With the load on the rear shackle sits almost straight up and down. It sits forward a little when empty if you remember that measurements 5/8" shorter on the spring.
