This Box is alot like how mine is

except figure it Cut Down the Middle into 2 separate Boxes

I have 2 12s bhind the rear seat in my truck I also unbolted the seat from the 2 Rails that hold it and slid forward a Touch and rebolted seat

Also keep in mind here a Box that is just made to Fit a 12 inch mayNOT putout as much bass as a box that been designed right and is ported to pull the Bass out.

A 10 inch sub in the right Box will outpreform a 12 inch sub in the wrong Box theres a Fine line here and with the small space in our trucks Its hard to find a good Box vs one that fits. The space is so limited that you almost just stuck with a Box that fits.

What Im getting at is a Box that designed right MAY have a Harder hit than say one that made to Fit a Bigger speaker

In either of those pictures of speaker boxs and even my OWN BOX there are NO ports that I saw. I know I should have a DEEPER HARDER HIT with my 2 12inch subs but its hard to find a Box that Fits that designed right with ports and all that good stuff

Start Looking into a DC Power Alternator too CUZ the OEM alternator is going to FAIL Fast might even want to consider a coil. My DC Power 190amp alt seems to keep right up with it. But I couldnt get a OEM rebuild alternator to even go 5K it started poping the battery light at 13months just OUT of Warrenty. so save some money cant go wrong with DC Power and get the wire upgrade too or you can make your own wire upgrade to

It can BARLEY keep up with the stock truck

A coil may help

I have 2 Amps going a 1000 watt and another 600 watt with 1-0 power wire it went a 5 years or 20K with OEM

But the OEM rebuild didnt last long at all less than 5K and 13months maybe it failed premature IDK I honestly think the AMPS drove it into the ground

Yes replaced DECK with Pioneer I had to get a Deck with a Remote Turn on for the amps.

It was way easy to change the deck in these I just got the wire pigtails that plugged into factory Harness and then plugged to new deck. NO wire splice at all only splice was the remote turn on Blue wire the rest just plugged in. Oh and a Faceplate Kit with a nice little cubbey hole under deck

Trucks an 03

A few years ago i built boxes for competition, one of the tricks to getting harder hitting bass is stuff the cabinet loosely with pillow poly fill.

It can completely change the way the woofers respond and is cheap to try at any holly hobby shop or even wally world.

So to get the deck out what do you have to do? Anything with the dash?
