Still being a relative newbie to this site I am in need of some more enlightening. My question is this, what does ESOF stand for???? I have seen it in several signatures with descriptions of the owners trucks but have yet to figure it out.
Hey Guys/Gals don't be afraid to ask any question. If someone flames you just blow them off. I'm here to help as I can. I'm no ASE mech but I love my truck and always looking for information.

There are no flames here (other than Abendx), just a good old on going never ending debate on which system, ESOF or conventional manual T-case is better.
Thanks for the input everyone, I was racking my brain trying to figure it out and just couldn't seem to do it. My current 2000 has manual transfer case as does the one that I have on order. My parents had a 99 350 dually with ESOF and just got a 03 C/C F350 dually King Ranch with ESOF and have never had any problems with it. I won't say mine is better because it is manual I just thought that it would be one less thing that could fail while I am out wheeling.
it sort of sickens me that you all consider me your flame.
biys... it ain't gonna happen!!!!!
i do hear there is a gay gang member around here... maybe you could talk to him about becoming his flame???
i did notice that forty has been quite for awhile... but someone brings up esof and here he comes??? forty, do you have some kind of bot that trolls this forum looking for 'esof' ????
