I know there is a guy in here who went the other way. swapped a 90's front end on to a bullnose truck.
From what I understand, the cab and under structure is almost exact and if I recall correctly, all he had to modify was the inner fender well a bit. Was a surprisingly easy bolt on. I'll see if I can find the thread.
much appreciated friend. if i can get away with it ill probably use the 94 inners. if its not perfect i wont cry. im turning the truck into a hot rod so there wont be excessive debris coming in under the wheels.
For the swap you will need....
Front fenders, hood, grill, bumper, radiator core support, headlight trim, Not sure about the inner fenders. You will also have to wire in the proper sockets for the side markers, head lights & turn/parking lights. It would be an easy swap. Could easily be done over a weekend if not a day with an extra hand and all the right parts.

i have a near complete nose. picked it up for a good price. the fenders and raid support currently on the truck are in pretty rough shape, that being the first clean nose for a good price i jumped on it. and like you said the wiring will have to be done and the front bumper will need brackets fabd up. i was lookin if anybody had s swap/ build sheet type deal.
