is it possible to put a 1980-86 front hood ,fenders and grill on a 1994 f150? I can imagine it would be tough but is it possible in any reasonable way?

 

not tough at all. it has been done before and gone over before, you just need to search here

 

Yes, it is possible but there will be some issues. You will need the entire front clip, including the radiator support and headlight buckets. You will need to do some wiring for the lights and you will have to fabricate bumper mounts. Down the side of the truck, the wheel wells are different and won't match front to back. You will have a side reflector in the front fenders you will have to wire as well.
