Relay question

Hi i have 1995 F250 and the turn signals speed up and slow down and i was told that it may be the relay, where are these positioned? thanks for the help

It's called the thermal flasher. It's in the dash fuse panel. It is the silver cylinder in the bottom right. Just get a new one that matches the old one and you are set.

There is another flasher unit on the back side of the same fuse panel, it is for the hazard's... Just so you know...
