The installation of an additional server was completed this evening.
FTE started moving services over to this machine earlier tonight and there should already be a noticable speedup. As more services are moved things will get even faster....

Enjoy!
Since the change, I have not had even one "Server Busy" error message.
I've seen only one, and that was because someone kept slamming the server with very complex searches, one after the other. Searches are now limited to 10 per session.
But I still get occasional messages from my browser that it can't locate you or the server is not responding. I got one this afternoon right in the middle of a thread move. I couldn't get thru after several times so I went off and worked on my basement project specs for a while until some net traffic jam cleared.
If this happens again do you want me to do a traceroute?

Its something between you an us. Do a traceroute and only if you see dropped connections between "globalcompass" and us should you send it to me. Anything before globalcompass isn't in the network we're hosted at.
