I have a question about the space between the cab and the bed I'm trying to put 64-66 bed on my 4x4 but I'm not to sure how far away the front of the bed should be from the back of the cab. If anyone could help out with a measurement that would be great
I am assuming you are swapping out your "wrong" bed for the later one? If so, did you shorten the bed or lengthen the frame? I shortened the bed on mine and i think the front mount holes lined right up......if not, mine has a gap at center top of the front panel about 1" to 1 1/2"....
If you are making new holes, you can put it where it looks the best.
Post some pics!
Here's one of mine right after the swap....
It's gettin there got a long ways to go but just redid the whole bed floor cut out all the rust and patched it so hopefully I can get it put it in driving order soon
